What to expect with your reading:
YOUR APPOINTMENT
Your appointment will be set or confirmed. You will have an opportunity to choose 3 options for an appointment
if you use this site to book your reading. If you used the "Schedule Now" button on the main page,
you will get a confirmation email through the scheduling app.
PAYMENT
If you haven't paid yet, Shelley can take your debit or credit card information through PayPal before the reading. You will get an email receipt sent immediately, then. You may, also, pay on the Schedule A Reading page.
WHAT IS NEEDED FOR THE READING
Shelley needs your birth DATE, TIME and PLACE. If you do not have the time, if you have an idea the time of day, that will help. Otherwise, we can use a sunrise chart. Shelley, also, does chart rectification, which is a process of narrowing down the time of birth utilizing life events. You can purchase a rectification chart on the Readings page.
THE READING
Once the appointment time has been set, you will be asked to call in at
321-285-2335 EASTERN TIME.
CENTRAL subtract an hour (i.e. 11am ET = 10am CT)
MOUNTAIN subtract 2 hours
PACIFIC subtract 3 hours
England/GMT add 5 hours
Shelley will be ready for you. If you are paying first, she will take your card information, if you have already paid, Shelley will go over how she does a reading, and ask if there are any questions. She will begin the recording, and you will have a detailed reading, with the opportunity to ask questions. Readings usually last around 1 hour and 15 minutes. After your reading is finished, your recording will be sent to you via email within 24 hours.*
THE RECORDING
Your recording is an MP3 file. It will come in an email with a download link, which expires in 5-7 days.
Please download it within that time, to save having to resend it. Thank you.

REFUNDS
If there is an issue with your purchase, or a time conflict,
